Those who are not familiar with the Services resettlement arrangement, or who want more information on what we do, should get in touch with any of the OA team for an exploratory chat.

In order to help you, we need you to register via the Career Transition Partnership website, RightJob. When you fill in the ‘location’ cell you should scroll down and select ‘Executive Appointments’. We will then be alerted to your application, and get in touch if we have not already done so. We will monitor your vacancies and may carry out searches for suitable candidates to whom we mail information on your vacancy. We also promote jobs we feel are likely to particularly suit ex-Officers using our weekly newsletter. We can advise and sometimes help in cases where an employer is unwilling to link their name publicly with a job for reasons of security or commercial confidentiality.
