Employment Seekers

The Employment Department provides the following services to both recent Service Leavers and ex-Officers:

·     Career Counselling - providing support, signposting and guiding clients to achieve a well informed decision about their future thus ensuring that the client achieves suitable employment.

·     Access to the Officers' Association network of Ex-Officers and a comprehensive list of recruitment and headhunting agencies that have had experience in the placing of ex-Service Officers.

·     Access to RightJob, the job board on the Career Transition Partnership website.

·     Pick of the Week, a weekly summary bulletin of the executive vacancies on RightJob and elsewhere.

We normally require those we help to attend a face-to-face interview, as it is otherwise difficult for us to correctly tailor our support. To book an appointment please contact us
