28th June 2017: Senior Executives’ Session – York

As part of the Employment Symposium later that day, the Officer’s Association will be hosting a senior executive session – delivered by senior officers for senior officers.

This session is designed for senior officers who are likely to have served 25-35 years and have reached the rank of lieutenant colonel or above, and the equivalent for other Services.

This break-out will recognise the level of experience senior officers can bring to an organisation, provide options to translate this experience into civilian equivalents, and suggest possible tactics to target and achieve relevant roles within second careers.

If you are a senior officer considering your options after the military or you have already left and wish to share your own experiences, please join us for this session before the main Symposium.

Quotes from previous senior executive session:
“I found the event to be thought provoking, very useful and informative.”
“It was a well organised and attended event that enriched my knowledge and afforded the opportunity to network; extremely beneficial.”
“The executive level break out session was particularly useful. Thank-you.”
