Networking Matters in Transition – OA Connect Events

Over 70% of service leavers get their jobs from networking which makes it vital for those transitioning into and sustaining a civilian career. The OA Connect Events have been created to give serving and former military officers, along with employers, regular opportunities to meet and connect. This will enable service leavers to grow their network and contacts, learn more about career opportunities and talk to other ex-military personnel who have transitioned and are willing to share their experiences to aid others.
