Law advice for officers

The Benevolence Department has traditionally provided financial assistance through the award of grants, but over the past couple of years, the OA has listened to the people it is helping and developed a wider range of advice and support as a result. One area that we understand people need help with is legal advice.

As a pilot, we are not only offering this service to retired military officers and their dependents, but also to serving officers as well for a three month period until the end of February 2017. Should you take up this service we would very much like to know about your experience and will be contacting you for feedback

As a result the OA has teamed-up with Law Express who are able to provide advice on family law, property law, motoring law, consumer law, wills and probate, power of attorney and tax information.

Need law advice?

If you would like to know more about this service then please contact our Benevolence Department on 0207 808 4175 and they will put you in touch with Law Express.
