Following the success of the workshop held in March, Yodel invite you to their vocational management CV and Interview skills workshop. Here you will gain practical insight into tailoring your CV to match the requirements of a management role as well as refining your interview techniques with their HR team. The session will enable you to translate your skills and experience for civilian management roles, as well as receiving hands on advice about Yodel’s recruitment process.
Before the workshop you will be a sent a job description for a management level role, to make the most of the workshop please submit a tailored CV. Yodel’s HR team will then review your document and provide individualised feedback on the day. The workshop will give you a full understanding of the key criteria to have on your CV for a management role, as well as enabling you to hear about the application process first hand.
The interview workshop will help you directly translate your military skills into civilian management experience. This is a brilliant opportunity to test and adjust your interview techniques and answers and gain some constructive advice first hand. Yodel’s HR team and recruiters will express how best to present yourself through their recruitment process and secure a civilian management role.
