OA To Run Live Q&A with Employers at York Employment Symposium

Recruiters from some of the UK’s leading military friendly organisations will answer jobseekers’ questions at the OA’s Employment Symposium, in York on 28th June.

The recruitment panel discussion is your opportunity to ask recruiters how you can secure that second career after leaving the Armed Forces. The employers will share their knowledge and experience, so you understand what they look for in a job candidate.

The discussion will take the format of a Q&A session, and they will try to answer as many questions as possible. Later in the evening there will be a chance to talk networking session to recruiters on a one to one basis in a less formal environment.where you can talk to the recruiters in a less formal environment.

The recruiters are industry experts in different sectors., working for some of the leading organisations. Already confirmed for the panel are:

• Michael Sanderson (Siemens);
• Sharon Goodall (NHS Digital); Leanne Wood (Network Rail);
• Tony Ellender (Balfour Beatty) and
• Korinna Sjoholm (Berwick Partners).
