Nick Wheeler, Founder and Chairman of Charles Tyrwhitt, will deliver a lecture entitled ‘A shirty tale – from Bristol to London in 31 years’ as part of the Bristol Distinguished Address Series (BDAS).
Nick Wheeler started his shirt company, Charles Tyrwhitt, from his room in Clifton as a 21-year-old geography undergraduate.
He will talk about the journey from tapping names and addresses into his Amstrad word processor to opening stores in London, New York and Paris.
This series of free public lectures hosted by the University of the West of England provides a unique opportunity to hear from top level business leaders on the challenges and decisions they face at the highest level of strategic leadership.
These evening talks are free for all to attend and will provide an excellent opportunity for you to broaden your corporate network and enable you to develop your business knowledge.
