Following the huge success of our Introduction to the Rail Industry for armed forces leavers held back in October 2016 we will be hosting a similar event in Derby on 3rd April 2019.
The day will provide an opportunity for companies to have a stand enabling them to meet and network with a range of people who have recently left, or are planning their exit from, the UK’s armed forces and who are looking for new career opportunities.
The format will be similar to the previous event with a short introduction to the industry by 2-3 people who have made the transition followed by plenty of time for individuals to chat informally to companies about the type of jobs they may have coming up and for them to identify the range of career opportunities potentially available and understand training and qualifications applicable to the industry.
Frontline Operations – Train Operating Companies, the face of the Rail Network moving passengers and freight across the UK and beyond. Hugely demanding with its own rewards.
