The workshop will give you practical insight into applying for management roles. This includes Yodel’s HR team sharing live opportunities at the company and outlining its recruitment process. They will also discuss how to demonstrate the commercial value of your military expertise. In addition, the team can help refine your CV and improve your interview techniques.
Before the event, you will be a sent a job description for a management role and you can then submit a tailored CV in response. Then on the day, you will receive individual feedback on how effectively your CV matched the job description.
