A job in construction is not just about being on the tools, it is accessible to all ranks and skillsets and offers real potential for career progression.

Agenda:
10:30 – 11:00 Registration and coffee
11:00 – 12:00 Introduction to BuildForce, the industry and two ex-military recruits
12:00 – 15:00 Employer forum

“My BuildForce experience has been a success and especially through the insight days. In my case with Faithful & Gould picking up on my CV and short conversations that ultimately led to interviews and a role. For me, this is just one of several indications of the construction industry being open to recognising potential in Ex-Service personnel and their skills.”

“This was my first BuildForce Industry Insight Event but well worth attending despite being well into my resettlement. For me the combination of supportive and well informed industry connections (not just HR/recruitment) all in one place supported by your knowledge of the candidate makes this a highly effective employment event. Thank you for your targeted advice on who to speak with and for ensuring suitably senior representation were in attendance and engaged, this cuts out weeks of networking and coffee’s and I found it really useful.”
