Work experience programmes and work placements are making it easier than ever for Services Leavers to experience what an employer has to offer, without the protocol that accompanies the usual recruitment process.
Many companies across the country have pledged their support to the Services through signing the Armed Forces Covenant. Initiatives such as the NHS’ Step Into Health Programme and various sector insight days are helping to raise awareness of the value ex-military bring to organisations.
