Mission Impossible?

The Leaders Club’s first virtual session features a presentation from Steve Davies MBE

Steve Davies was faced with a ‘Mission Impossible’; turning an old aluminium smelting plant in North Wales, miles away from any large towns and deep in Snowdonia, into a major tourist attraction with a £15 million ‘Wavegarden’ artificial island.

The history of Surf Snowdonia is a tale combining great leadership, determination and top project management skills.  It is a brilliant tale which encompasses so many aspects that are key to members of The Leaders Club.
