Established in 2019 by Stuart Tootal and Dan McDonough, Matero Consulting has designed a proven ‘new ways of working’ methodology - MECCAR - which leverages military experience of purpose, empowerment, agile decision-making, and leadership for the benefit of business change agendas.
Using a framework adapted from combat and applied to commerce, MECCAR empowers teams through a flexible framework of process, tools and skills. They aim to delegate authority, bring clarity in ambiguity and promote a resilience for change and disruption when pace, precision, and the ability to pivot faster than the competition is key.
Drawing on their experience from founding the Barclay’s AFTER and military employment transition programmes, Dan and Stuart have established the Matero Transition Network (MTN).
The network provides a forum to support those who have left or are considering leaving the military, and who have an active interest in consulting. MTN also draws support from the wider Matero Associate Community (the MAC) of consultants, to help guide and assist services leavers interested in this sector of employment and career development. Direct support includes networking, events and guidance with CVs.
The event will focus on ex-military women in business and will include:
