About The Leaders Club
At The Leaders Club, our motto is ‘Bringing Great Minds Together’, and their vision is to inspire each other with inspiring speakers at inspiring venues. It is a unique forum for members to exchange ideas and best practice and develop new approaches.
The exclusive membership is made up of leading practitioners in top Management, leadership and learning and development. Members are drawn from key organisations, large and small, from the private, public and services sectors, as well as the military. And at regular meetings authorities and speakers share their own experiences of key business issues and challenges.
First developed in 2009, The Leaders Club is independent and run for the benefit of its members nationally and internationally. It currently has two branches: TLC London/South and TLC North.
Leaders Club and the OA
The OA has been working with the Leaders Club on a pilot scheme to offer a limited number of places at each networking event to officers (serving or retired) who have registered with the OA. If you wish to attend simply sign up via the events link on the website; places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. There will be a small charge (non-refundable) for those attending, that covers both the speaker and refreshments. We would be grateful if everyone who attends answers a short feedback questionnaire so that we can assess the benefits and value to the OA community.
The Leaders’ Club have also offered a reduced annual membership for anyone who would like to join the group and attend the meetings more frequently.
